Discernment over Judgment

Do not emotionally react to what is happening and categorize it as “good” or “bad.” BE in the Moment and realize it just IS. Use this opening up to the situation to use discernment over judgment. When you use discernment over judgment then you can be the witness of what is taking place with love and respect in your heart and mind, not with specific point-of-view judgments closing off your higher self.

When you can witness in this way, then you offer an illumination for your path and for others, not barricaded dead-ends.

Look at a situation from all aspects, as hard it might be to do…what are the blessings in the situation? What might need to be taken care of and dealt with? When being open and witness then these questions are more clear to answer as you are not narrow-mindedly stuck in a certain thought pattern that was programmed into you through life and those around you.

When using discernment over judgment you can be open to steering clear of people and situations that may not serve in your highest good yet realize and honor their path and what it is they may be going through. We can still hold space for love and respect while not always agreeing with the energy they are putting forth into the world. You can offer advice or suggest a path to take, but ultimately it is a decision they need to make and a situation they need to live through.

This wanting what is best for others may lead us to want to control or manipulate the situation when that is not appropriate to the Moment; just BE and witness with love and openness.
